BRIDAL GOWNS
Bridal gowns require exceptional care and attention. This service is performed during off hours by an experienced alterations specialist to ensure the highest level of quality, cleanliness, and precision. Please allow up to one week turnaround to properly prepare your gown.
If your wedding dress is being altered by us, professional steaming and pressing are included in the alteration price. Quality tailoring goes hand in hand with expert finishing to achieve the best results.
During this process, our alterations specialist will:
Thoroughly inspect the gown’s construction
Check for loose beads, embellishments, or stitching
Identify and spot-clean any minor stains if needed
Steaming and pressing are completed after hours. The gown and veil are then left to dry overnight. The following morning, everything is carefully packed for transportation. Once packing is complete, the bride will be texted when the gown is ready for pickup, typically the day before the wedding (for local brides).
BRIDAL - After Pickup Care Recommendation
Once picked up, we highly recommend transporting the gown directly to the location where the bride will be getting dressed on the wedding day. Hang the gown high, fully release the train, and avoid keeping it in the garment bag for extended periods to prevent wrinkles from setting.

STANDARD PRESS ONLY
If your garments are new, unworn, and show no signs of wear, they may be brought in for PRESS ONLY service. Typical Turnaround 1-2 days. Specialty items may require additional time due to the intricacy and complexity of the garment.
