TAILORING DROP OFF

Garments with a confirmed pant length may be dropped off at the front desk during business hours. The same applies to minor repairs, button replacements, zipper repairs and similar services.

ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES

(Please note that turnaround times may vary based on the volume of incoming orders)

Standard Alterations:  (e.g., pant hems): 7–10 business days

Special Occasion, Outerwear, and Specialty Items: 10–14 business days

Upholstery, drapery, and bedding: 3–4 weeks

IMPORTANT TAILORING SERVICE POLICY

Garments must be new or professionally cleaned prior to your appointment. We are unable to accept items that have been worn or exposed to human or animal waste, animal hair, or hazardous materials.

TAILORING DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES

Please note that we allow no more than two guests per fitting.

Photography, video recording, and FaceTime are not permitted during fittings. If you require photo references, a member of our staff will be happy to assist by taking photos for you.

We kindly ask that all food and beverages remain outside of the tailoring department.
