BRIDAL ALTERATIONS
CONSULTATION & FIRST FITTING
For your consultation and first fitting, please bring your wedding gown and the shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day. During this appointment, our bridal specialists will carefully assess the fit of your gown, provide professional alteration recommendations, and complete all necessary pinning. Once the fitting is finished, you will receive a detailed quote for the recommended alterations.
CONSULTATION FEE
A consultation fee of $60 applies to the first fitting. This fee will be credited toward your alterations and is waived if you choose to proceed with our alteration services.
DEPOSIT POLICY
If you decide to move forward with alterations, a 60% deposit is required at the time your gown is left with us.
If alterations are canceled before work begins, 50% of the deposit will be retained. Once alteration work has commenced, the entire deposit becomes non-refundable.
Hello Bride-to-be! Once you have your wedding gown and shoes, you are ready to schedule your consultation (first fitting) with our expert alterations specialists, Loan and Kristina. Together, they provide thoughtful guidance through every step of the alteration process, offering expert tailoring and custom design solutions. Once your alterations are completed, all steaming, pressing, and packing will be personally handled by Kristina to ensure the highest level of care.
TAILORING DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES
Please note that we allow no more than two guests per fitting.
Photography, video recording, and FaceTime are not permitted during fittings. If you require photo references, a member of our staff will be happy to assist by taking photos for you.
We kindly ask that all food and beverages remain outside of the tailoring department.
