BRIDAL ALTERATIONS

CONSULTATION - FIRST FITTING

For the consultation and first fitting, the bride is required to bring her wedding gown and shoes. During this appointment, our specialists will evaluate the gown, offer professional recommendations for alterations, and complete all necessary pinning. Final pricing is provided once the fitting is complete.

Consultation Fee
 A consultation fee of $30–$50 applies, depending on the time and complexity of the gown. This fee is waived if the bride chooses to proceed with alterations.

Deposit Policy
Should the bride wish to move forward, a 60% deposit is required at the time of gown drop-off. In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be retained. Once alterations work has commenced, the entire deposit is non-refundable.

Hello Bride-to-be! Once you have your wedding gown and shoes, you are ready to schedule your consultation (first fitting) with our expert alterations specialists, Loan and Kristina. Together, they provide thoughtful guidance through every step of the alteration process, offering expert tailoring and custom design solutions. Once your alterations are completed, all steaming, pressing, and packing will be personally handled by Kristina to ensure the highest level of care.

TAILORING DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES

Please note that we allow no more than two guests per fitting.

Photography, video recording, and FaceTime are not permitted during fittings. If you require photo references, a member of our staff will be happy to assist by taking photos for you.

We kindly ask that all food and beverages remain outside of the tailoring department.
