Service Policies & Care Standards

Effective January 1, 2025, the following policies apply to all tailoring and dry cleaning services:

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of drop-off. If a credit card is left on file, it will be charged upon completion of your order.

Garment Acceptance
For the safety of our team and the integrity of our services, we are unable to accept garments that are contaminated. This includes, but is not limited to, items soiled with human or animal waste, or garments exposed to toxic dust, hazardous chemicals, or other harmful substances.

Animal Hair
Additional charges may apply for garments containing animal hair.

Order Pickup
Clients are responsible for collecting their orders within the agreed timeframe. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated at our discretion.
