SERVICE POLICY

Effective January 1, 2025

At our tailoring and dry cleaning facility, we are committed to providing high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both our customers and staff. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of drop-off.
For your convenience, a credit card may be kept on file and will be charged upon completion of your order.

Garment Acceptance

To ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our services, we reserve the right to refuse any items that are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for processing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Garments soiled with human or animal waste

  • Items exposed to toxic dust, hazardous chemicals, or harmful substances

Animal Hair

Garments containing excessive animal hair may require additional cleaning and may incur extra charges.

Pickup Policy

Customers are responsible for retrieving their completed orders within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Any items not picked up within 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of without further notice.

Pickup & Delivery (Tailoring Items)

For customers using our pickup and delivery service:

  • All garments will be inspected upon arrival

  • Items showing visible signs of wear will be automatically cleaned prior to tailoring

  • Applicable cleaning charges will be added to your final invoice

This ensures proper handling and the highest quality results.

Tailoring & Alterations

To maintain hygiene and service standards:

  • All items must be new or freshly cleaned before fittings or drop-off

  • We do not accept garments that have been:

    • Worn

    • Exposed to human or animal waste

    • Contaminated with excessive animal hair, smoke, drugs, or hazardous materials

If any such conditions are identified after intake, we reserve the right to apply cleaning charges even after the order has been created.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any item that does not meet our safety, hygiene, or quality standards.

Bridal consultations and alteration services are subject to separate policies and pricing.
